Terms of Service

These terms apply when you purchase or use the Primeful Sleep 28-Day Sleep Reset (the “Program”), operated by Primeful SIA, registered in Latvia (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Program you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

A one-time purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the Program’s 28 daily lessons, check-ins, reviews, Routine, Progress and Companion Mode, for as long as the Program is offered. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

2. Not medical advice

The Program provides general wellness education and gentle habit experiments. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a professional about ongoing sleep difficulties, loud snoring or gasping during sleep, restless legs, breathing problems, low mood, or before changing medication, caffeine, alcohol or exercise habits if you have a health condition.

3. Your account

Access is linked to the email address used at checkout. You sign in with a secure link sent to that address. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in.

4. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed securely by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Program for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share the Program’s content.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Program available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or update lessons and features over time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer law.
