Privacy Policy

Primeful Sleep is operated by Primeful SIA, Latvia (“we”). We take a minimal approach to data: we collect only what the Program needs to work.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to link your purchase.
• Purchase: a payment reference, amount and date from our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
• Program data: what you enter in the Program — your first name, sleep goal, morning check-ins (bedtime, wake time, quality, energy), daily answers, caffeine, nap and alcohol notes, routine choices, and any private notes you write.

How we use it

Only to run the Program for you: to show your progress, reviews and Sleep Formula, to keep your data available when you sign in on another device, and to send you sign-in links and purchase receipts. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your program data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only you can read your own program data when signed in. A copy is also kept on your device so the Program works quickly.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@prime-ful.com. You can also reset your program from inside the app.

Retention

We keep your account and program data while you have access to the Program, and delete it on request. Payment records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Measurement and advertising

We use Meta’s measurement pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to see which of our pages lead to a purchase and to measure our advertising. It records page views, when a checkout is started, and completed purchases with the amount paid ($28 USD). It is not used inside the program: your check-ins, notes and sleep data are never shared with it, and we do not send Meta your name, email address or any other customer details.

Cookies and storage

Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and saves your program on your device. Meta’s measurement cookies are advertising cookies and are only used where they are permitted: if you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland we ask you first, and they are not set unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, and we keep a record of the choice you made and when you made it.
